Loise White is the founder of Noosa Nurture Homestay Accommodation Retreats. Loise’s vision for Noosa Nurture Homestay Retreats is to combine affordable and nurturing homestays in private homes on the spectacular Sunshine, Fraser and Whitsunday Coasts, with the luxurious option of daily Massage and/or healing treatments.

The innovative Noosa Nurture Homestay project was sparked by a personal need. As a budget-conscious single parent in the 90’s, Loise found it difficult to find affordable, tidy and homely accommodation while holidaying interstate and overseas.

Loise relocated to the Sunshine Coast from Melbourne 4 years ago. She is a Registered Teacher and Psychologist (Queensland) and trained in several alternative healing modalities such as Reiki 1 & 11, Pranic Healing and Pranic Healing Psychotherapy.

Loise has authored two self-help books-the autobiographical “My Healing Pain” (a frank account of the healing journey through separation, sole parenting, self-esteem issues and depression) and “A Service Manual for Humans” (a unique, practical self-help manual parodying a car manual).

Ever the visionary, she also conceptualised and started the Bairnsdale Steiner School (in East Gippsland, Victoria) which involved extensive networking and innumerable submissions.

As well as managing Noosa Nurture Homestay Retreats, Loise runs a Private Psychology Practice part-time. Loise’s passions include her family, relaxing at home, self-development, reading, writing, walking, tennis, and living consciously. Inspired by the creative process, she writes/performs comedy skits and movement pieces for the Sacred Performance charity events she holds biannually to promote Mental Health in South East Queensland.Noosa Nurture Homestay Retreats is the perfect lifestyle choice to enable Loise to combine her love of travel, meeting new people from all walks of life and provide people with the opportunity for transformative experiences. Her vision is to extend the unique homestays during 2009-10 around the spectacular Australian and European Coasts.
